Terms

Last updated October 17, 2026

These terms cover ordering and receiving Letters About God. By placing an order, you agree to them.

What you're ordering

Each child you sign up receives a welcome box with Letter 1, then Letters 2 to 24 by mail on the 1st and 15th of each month, for one year. You choose whether the box goes to the child or to you, and when.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 and the parent, grandparent or other adult in the child's life who has permission to give us their details. We mail to US addresses only.

Paying

  • Monthly: your card is charged each month until you cancel or the year of letters is complete.
  • The complete adventure: one payment covers the full year of letters.

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Pausing and cancelling

You can pause a child's letters from your family page and resume them any time. Monthly plans can be cancelled from billing; letters keep coming through the end of the month you've paid for.

If something isn't right with your order, email harrison@lettersaboutgod.com and we'll work it out with you.

Addresses and mail

Please keep addresses up to date. If a letter comes back to us, we'll ask you for a new address and mail it again. Once a letter is with the postal service, delivery times are out of our hands.

Our letters

The letters, artwork and characters are ours. They're for your family to read, keep and share at home, but not to copy or sell.

Our responsibility

We work hard to get every letter right and on time. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and questions

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you first. Questions? Write to harrison@lettersaboutgod.com. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
